Do You Accept My Insurance?
We kindly ask for full payment at the time of your dental care. We'll handle the insurance claim on your behalf, so please bring your dental benefit card to provide necessary details. Our office, like others in the area, doesn't have contracts with insurance companies. If we receive reimbursement in error, we'll promptly refund you.
Due to the variety of insurance companies and plans, we can't confirm coverage or reimbursement amounts for specific procedures. If you need an estimate, we can submit a pre-determination request to your insurance. This process is similar to a claim and, assuming no changes to your plan, eligibility, or benefits, the pre-determination is generally accurate. If you believe a claim was processed incorrectly, we're here to assist with the appeal process.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and all major credit cards. If you require extended payment plans, we accept payment plans through Cherry® and Care Credit®. Please ask our office staff for more information.
